Involving and engaging senior management is critical for the successful implementation of Diversity. It can effectively happen at management events, where awareness can be raised, information provided and concrete interaction can take place. During such events, participants can be given guidance on the multitude, importance and implementation of Diversity. In addition to kick-off events, annual or biannual meetings and special-interest interventions can be offered to different audiences. Themes may include core dimensions or corporate issues (e.g. recruiting, marketing, ethics & values). Internal Diversity events can, of course, vary in design. Depending on the corporate environment, a single event, a series or a road-show should be considered.
