Deliver Diversity messages in a targeted and sustainable way

Internal & external communication of Diversity is key to the implementation of this management approach within organisations. The objectives include improving the corporate image and expanding the awareness for diversity and inclusion in the workforce. Companies are commonly using a wide spectrum of communication tools for Diversity, such as posters, brochures, cards, leaflets, the Intranet, give aways or employee magazines. Internal Diversity newsletters are not yet as common.

We deliver internal and external communication tools - in total or specific building blocks. With our expertise, we take up the complete design, the editorial concept or editing work. In these projects, we rely on our extensive experience in the communication arena. Translation to and from foreign languages, taking into account subtle Diversity aspects, and evaluating communication activities complete our services offered.
