eDiversity: Diversity Training and Awareness

eDiversity Europe is a cost-effective e-learning programme that helps to foster a productive work culture for all. The course instills awareness of diversity, challenges stereotypes and offers recommendations for effective personal behaviour. It covers key areas of Diversity such as race & ethnicity, gender, disability, religion, age and sexual orientation. By going through it, staff will increase their knowledge of what can amount to discrimination and learn how to make a difference.

eDiversity Europe aims at briefing your management on inclusive leadership and how to make a difference. It can be used effectively prior to training, or as a follow-up to large-group interventions.
