Measuring change and evaluating objectives

The Diversity change process will take five to eight years. Success measurement plays an important role in steering the process in an effective direction.

We support you in identifying the best possible approach to implementing Diversity. That includes the design of effective messages for different stakeholders in order to initiate and drive change in the organisation.

Furthermore, we support you in defining Diversity goals and objectives in different areas, and in determining criteria and tools to measure success.

There are different options to design metrics for Diversity, including quantitative and qualitative data, as well as measuring progress.
